How do I request a refund

If you find yourself in need of a refund you can take a few approaches.

 

If you purchase your tickets from a staff member at a concierge, you should see that staff member for help requesting your refund. This is the easiest way.

 

If the time of your bookings is within 48 hours, you should contact the venue/operator directly. This way you can get an answer immediately if your booking can be refunded, instead of waiting for the back and forth between us and the provider. If the operator will allow a refund, they will contact us and tell us to refund your purchase. 

 

Or you can reach out to support@planaday.com and we can assist you. There is no guarantee of refunds requests if they fall outside the refund parameters listed on the product page, but we will do our best to assist you.
